German Rock bands at their best. The point of this page is to show that there are other bands who deserve as much respect as the popular RAMMSTEIN. Here is the column of German Rock bands. |
STAHLHAMMER A rather scientific adoption of RAMMSTEIN leaving them one step ahead as a new age metal band. This band is not so known outside Germany but anyone that knows of them was left stunned by the specatular artwork of their STAHLHAMMER's album covers. |

OOMPH
back in 1992, this bands experiment with German industrial accompanied KMFDM from being the only industrial - unique band to exist. Sadly, three - membered band remains seen through as they have experimented with German Rock n Roll as an attempt to attract a RAMMSTEIN fan. |
KMFDM Well-respected industrial band to have arrived before RAMMSTEIN. This band is better known around europe, especially France. The way that lyrical fascism is presented is rather interesting to hear, such as, "Pity for the minority". Also more absurd messages such as "Money" with a picture of moaning hooker. |
EISBRECHER An interestingly synthesized industrial-techno-rock band with two members, and lyrics copying RAMMSTEIN. |
MEGAHERZ Your average rock band with German lyrics... Obviously very garage-like, exaggerated to be heavy and aggressive. However, MEGAHERZ does remain emotional through choruses of songs such as, "Zeit". Sadly, this band may attract some SPIDERBAIT fans or perhaps the forgotten NIRVANA obsessors. |

RAMMSTEIN Ahhh... The heroes of east Germany becoming popular world wide. We have got to have appreciation for the innocent ramming stones who were accused to be nazis, homosexuals, and catholics. Well, throughout their first album in 1995 they made a statement that no band sounds remotely like RAMMSTEIN... Sincerest apologies, your way of music, especially your way of vocals has been copied in the most obvious ways. Well, keep the rythmn metal going and I'm sure those copy-cats will be ignored. |
